My neighbors are so dumb..

I have neighbors that breed pitbulls at their home. At the moment, there's a gorgeous and supersweet female named Jaylynn, an aggressive male who had cosmo surgery (yes he had his ears "clipped" to look tougher) named Harley, and two puppies. They had another one last year but she attacked my dog and died of heart failure.

So I need you guys' help. I've called at least four organizations to report them but nothing has happened. They say "it's not an emergency". Jaylynn can hardly play with her bff (my dog) anymore, she's always pregnant. This has to stop it's heartbreaking and I've tried my best and have run out of answers.

What now?
and NO I won't stop. I love animals more than people and these guys don't deserve to be treated like shit. This is now my business.
